  • District Assessments
The Council is uniquely positioned to assist superintendents, boards of education, and educational leaders around the state to consider their internationalization efforts. Its assessment program reviews curricula and standards with respect to content that will make students globally competitive and workforce ready. It will also propose courses, faculty development ideas, requirements for international studies, and develop evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of efforts to promote international knowledge and skills.

  • Strategic Plans for Schools and Districts
These plans are developed with the goals of integrating curriculum, increasing teacher knowledge, expanding world languages, building international partnerships and mobilizing leaders and resources. The overall objective is to improve student knowledge and skills in global affairs. Resource identification and fundraising strategies are also included in the plans.
